How to make the business complaints properly

  You never know what will happen to you the other day. Your favorite plate may break, you friend may betray you, you can be late to the important meeting, a bank can overdraft your account, you can be given doubtful dinner at the restaurant or your ordered beforehand hotel room may be occupied on your arrival. Unluckily nobody can be fully limited from such problems. But you can solve most of such problems easily.

In these very instances right and accurate formulation of a complaint can be very helpful. Of course, you won't write a complaint on the feelings of some people or anything like this, but you can easily do it if the role of your offender is played by the organization that served you not properly. Besides, the complaints are very suitable when the conflict has happened before two organizations. The business complaint hast to comprise just the information related to the case which it describes. It must be as short as possible and shouldn't comprise any emotional expressions. Commonly the complaint is not addressed to the certain person but to the company. Do

How Important is Feedback Percentage

  Confession time. I admit it. One of my big bug bears is eBay sellers with a low percentage of positive feedback. I believe there's no excuse for anything less than 95%, and even that should be considered borderline.

If you deliver what you say you're going to deliver, and provide excellent customer service, negative feedback should be extremely rare for you.

I came across some fascinating information recently that reinforced to me how important it is to maintain the highest possible feedback percentage.

Most of us would feel great at having 99.9% feedback, or 99.9% as a grade for anything, but as the following stats show, 99.9% can be unacceptable in many situations. It's certainly sobering to consider.

So, these would be the results of 99.9% accuracy in various situations:

22,000 checks would be deducted from wrong bank accounts every hour

1,314 phone calls would be wrongly routed every minute

12 babies would be given to wrong parents each day in the USA

5,517,200 cases of soft drinks would be completely flat

2 plane landings would be unsafe at
